Our model of RECOVER | PROTECT | GROW was conceived & developed by Mr. Chuck Pawlus, a maverick & a visionary. After a recognized career with United States Postal Service, which included several years at the OIG (Office of Inspector General), Chuck began working for a major Star Route Carrier as their Director of Postal Contracting. Chuck 1st reached out to us as a customer who needed help recovering a large peak season contract someone had dropped back in his lap with already late & missing trips. We committed to his work for 5 cents-per-mile less than what he had offered us and successfully serviced all of the lanes. After another year of working with Chuck, he again retired...

About 6 months later, we met Chuck for a friendly lunch that turned into a four-hour business meeting resulting in his return from retirement 2.0 – He said he liked to imagine the ideal vendor booth he had always wished to come across at exhibitions/conventions. What would that look like & how would it best serve the needs of the association? At that time, “Broker” was a dirty word – We knew we would have to prove otherwise...
